Ombre Dip-Dyed Candles

This project transforms plain tapered candles to chic home decor. I love that I can choose any color to fit the season. A few of these tied up with twine makes a beautiful housewarming gift. And why stop at tapered candles? This is a great technique to apply to pillar candles as well.

Add more candle dye again, and dip the third and final layer for an ombre effect. To save the excess wax, pour into a mold and wait for them to cool. This makes them easier to store until your next candle project.
